Much of the discussion this evening at the meeting was related to the
Philly release party, I've collected much of the ideas for it here:

Alex Launi is going to be contacting Drexel, but other location ideas
are welcome in case that one doesn't work out (Sasha I see you're at
UPenn).

Dwayne Sudduth and I will be doing some work on the fliers for the
whole team (black and white, you print). We're also going to work
toward getting all the regions the CDs they need if they're doing
outreach events as well - but due to shipping time restrictions I
don't think they'll get where they need to go until early May, so
you'll want to plan your release events with that in mind if they're
outreach oriented and you want official CDs - also keep in mind that
individuals can order small numbers of CDs for free, so take advantage
of that option as well.

events that we're trying to pull together:

I'm also pondering putting together a document about what individuals
in a region can do, but I'm too tired at the moment :)
