Mike sorry to hear about your harddrive! That's rough but I guess the lesson
is "make backups." Ubuntu is great as a rescue cd, but it's also great as a
full out and out operating system! I'm sure one of the Pittsburgh guys will
be able to set you up with a disk, but you should give it a test drive and
see how you like it as a general purpose operating system, maybe you'll be
like us (and a million others) and find you really enjoy it!
