[Ubuntu Oregon] new logo awaits your approval

Just to be clear if its using different colors especially green then it
doesn't use the branding guidelines and would not be appropriate.
The current logo I think worked for most of our loco members is there any
reason it no longer works?

I quite enjoyed the logo that James designed.
