Hey Michael,

I think the one factor missing from Canonical's support services is on
site support, face to face know who your dealing with support. I don't
know if this premium is enough but there is certainly no reason why
Canonical can't be his second or third tier and I doubt very much
Canonical wants to be the only company in the world supporting Ubuntu as
that would make for a very barren ecosystem.
