The HAMFEST is only a few weeks away and we still need to do a lot of work.
For this reason we are going to have a meeting this Thursday, April the 10th
at 9:00pm in #ubuntu-us-la on irc.freenode.net.  The agenda for this meeting
is as follows:

1.  We will be voting on the removal of the Code of Conduct requirement for
membership until there is further discussion.  If you need further
background on this issue, please ask in irc before Thursday.  This will be a
VOTE ONLY.  There will be no discussion at this time so we can concentrate
on preparing for the HAMFEST.
2. Items related to the HAMFEST.
 a. Presentation
 b. Video loop playlists
 c. Materials needed


If there are other HAMFEST related items, please add them to the agenda.

Our normally schedule meeting will still take place on Thursday April 17th
at 9:00pm, however it will focus exclusively on the HAMFEST.  We will also
be having a meeting for the week of the HAMFEST to take care of last minute
details.  This meeting will be either Tuesday or Thursday.  Additional
details will be provided later.

Please try to make these meetings.  We have a lot that needs to be done in a
short amount of time and will need everyone's help.
