Oops. Writing while sleepy (my usual state).  The current (out of
date) text on the official ordering page is still Oneiric, but the
timeline for that suggests I probably should have ordered about two
weeks ago:

"Orders should be preferably placed before 1st of October 2011 to
ensure delivery within two weeks after the Oneiric release date. Any
later orders will have an estimated two week delay before they
arrive."
