[DC LoCo] Just requested: 300 Precise Pangolin CDs

Facilities request for Chelsea School @ 2 pm on Saturday the 28th has been
submitted. I'll let you know how that turns out.

If Maryland LoCo has collapsed, it may make sense for me to help rally one
back together. Can anyone share some insight re: the process?
