[Ubuntu Chicago] Release Party

Hey all you amazing Ubuntu users,

I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in us possibly having a
LoCo Release Party for Lucid? I know this would land relatively close to our
Global Jam date, but seeing you all in person is better than just talking on
IRC or through email.

I don't have a place in mind or anything, so if anybody has ideas then
please feel free to share!
