[Ubuntu Chicago] Chicago Loco Karmic Release Party! - Saturday, Nov. 14th

Well ladies and gents, with 9.10 Karmic Koala due to be released later this
week, it's about that time again...
That's right - the Chicago Loco is proud to host the Karmic Release Party!

*Who:* The Chicago Loco Team and *ANYONE* who is interested in joining us
for the event! *What:* Karmic Koala Release Party! *Where:* Illinois
Institute of Technology's *Institute of Design*
350 North La Salle Street
2nd Floor
Chicago, Illinois 60654

Please Note: The Institute of Design is within easy walking distance of the
Merchandise Mart on the CTA Brown Line, the Grand stop of the CTA Red Line,
or even Chicago's Union Station.

*When:* Saturday, November 14th 12 noon - 3:00 PM

Please Note: The Chicago Linux Users' Group will be meeting at 3:00PM, you
are all more than welcome (and encouraged) to stay for that meeting as well.
*Why:* Loco get-togethers are a GREAT way to meet fellow Ubuntu users in
your area, and to have a great time with like-minded people. It's always a
great time, and you're sure to come away enjoying the experience! Release
parties are also a great place to delve into the changes for Karmic, get a
hand with installing the new release, as well as a place to ask questions
you may have about the new version. *RSVP:* If you're interested in joining
us for the party, please add yourself to the Karmic Release Party wiki page
[1]. If you don't have a LaunchPad account, and can't edit the wiki, please
feel free to let us know on this mailing list, and we'll be happy to add
your info to the page for you.

Also, feel free to bring drinks and snacks to the party! We would be happy
to eat your cookies! If you plan on bringing something, add it to the RSVP
info on the wiki as well.
