Hey everyone,

One of my really good friends, and the Community Manager for
Canonical/Ubuntu, has recently posted on his blog [1] concerning the
Ubuntu Ethos. Jono is looking for some blog posts from the various LoCo
teams around the world about some of their heartwarming stories.

Since Chicago is a vastly pay-to-play area, I know it is tough for us to
come up with instances like this, but I know some of you have done some
really nice things with Ubuntu that I would like to blog about, using
your information so you get the rockstar status.

I know some of the things the Chicago team has done in the past was:

 * Help out that Christian College with quite a bit actually
 * Helped get Free Geek a bunch of CDs (Dapper if I remember correctly)
 * People helped out in their Churches
 * I helped out a local elementary school drop their license burden

Anyone else have some great stories they did with Ubuntu that I could
add to a blog post? If you do, please respond to this email with a nice
write up. If you have a blog, post it there and send the link here so I
can summarize it and pimp you :)

Thanks!
