Hi All,

I'm starting this as a new thread. Lee, you may want to check out the
wireless troubleshooting guide.

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/WirelessTroubleShootingGuide

Unfortunately, it looks like it is a bit disorganized at the moment.
However, it should still contain all of the necessary tips and tricks
to get wifi sorted out.

For you to get into your system, though, you'll actually need your
password. Do you remember your username? Might it have been "lee" or
something like that? Here are some excellent instructions on how to
reset your password using a livecd.

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/reset-your-ubuntu-password-easily-from-the-live-cd/

In that article, he used the username, "geek". You'd need to enter
whatever username you entered when you were using your system.

Hope this helps,

Jim
