[Ubuntu Chicago] Meeting proposal

stupid stupid gmail, send it to the list not to the person it's
supposedly from...
Downtown is easier for me, especially if it's a day when there's a
chiglug meeting since i'm trying to hit up all of those now. So
actually 16th at institute of design would be peachy for me (as long
as kevin is cool with getting there early) since it would kill 2
meetings with one slingshot or something.
