9 times out of 10 (completely made up stat), you have to go to a certain
web page (usually any page you try redirects you there, but sometimes
not) and enter a code or agree to usage terms before you'll be allowed
full access to the internet. Last time I was in a hotel, the little card
on the desk told me the website to go to. The previous time before that
I had to call the front desk for the code.
