[Ubuntu Chicago] Server Administration

I am setting up a new server for a venture I am funding.
I was going to us Freebsd as always but would consider
using ubuntu server if I had some help.

The server is a Dell 2650 dual 2.8 xeon
                                      4 gig Ram
                                      4 73 gig scsi Raid5

I would need help setting up Xen running other ubuntu servers with
joomla and VTigerCRM.

The services they run would be apache2 php mysql.

In exchange for this help I would set up another Dell server and allow
the team to use it for dev.  It would be the same server but with larger drives.
This second server would also be the back up for the first.

Please reply to the list as I would like to keep the thread public.

PS the servers are physically here in Chicago but would be mailed to NY to my
collocation center for a 10M connection and /24
