Ubuntu-Chicago Meeting Planner

Depending on what kind of setup you want to have will determine How many
bodies we can fit. If this is an Edgy Release party does that mean people
will be bringing their boxes? If so then we can do 25 people. Otherwise I'd
say 30 for a conference style meeting. As for donating to a charity, lets
just hope to break even...thats the goal. I'd like to keep it around $10 but
thats gonna depend on how many people we get involved. If only 6-7 people
show up like our first meeting then the cost would be higher. But I'll see
what I can work out with the hotel. As for catering I'd like to suggest the
usual Fried Chicken, Beef, Pasta and Stuff. Do we have a way of hosting a
sign up sheet on our site? Otherwise, I can start a sign up sheet up on my
LAN website and you can link from there. Let me know what you think. I'm
gonna call the hotel and reserve us the spot.
