I'm with Eclipse, who have been OK, but not such that I'd recommend 
these days.

They also offer 8 IP addresses at the same price as one...

HOWEVER...

You should be aware that RIPE rules have changed. ISPs can be required 
to show "technical need" for a larger range, or RIPE can demand that 
ISPs "reclaim" address blocks from customers.

In general, to show "technical need", you have to demonstrate that your 
network has more complex requirements that could be handled with a NAT 
router, and a reverse proxy server :-)

If anyone is asked for such a "technical justification", feel free to 
drop me an email off-list, and I'll be happy to help. I used to have to 
write them for a living for "big blocks" :-)
