I think I am having problems with writing Apostrophe and Quotes when text editing or writing emails. I think it might be that my keyboard is trying to assign Non English characters so I cannot type anything that contains an Apostrophe or Quotes. How do I reasign to get the Apostrophe and Quotes? The machine I have is an E-machine.
