I think this is quite a challenge! The active LUGs need no invigoration,
but would welcome Ubuntu related input/activities. No problem. For the
flagging LUGs, we would have to look at why they are flagging, and if
Ubuntu-UK can help, then that's great, but there is a danger we turn
these LUGs into an Ubuntu specific groups which is not what LUGs are
about. I'm not even sure if it is our role to try and get flagging LUGs
back on their feet. But maybe I've misunderstood something.
