As I said, it's for my own project rather than UKTeam.  I think we're
a long way off needing to make that decision for here, and in any case
it might well depend on which CMS is already in use, because we can
use themes that have already been made.  But of course, the more
people involved in it when/if the time comes the better, I'm sure!

Thanks for the advice, I don't need to make the decision for a week or
two so I'll give Xoops a good go on opensourcecms.com :)
