Incomplete French translation of Ubuntu-Mate 20.04

Translating FOSS is a decentralized process, so nobody on this list is 
able to answer your question as you worded it. The MATE desktop itself 
seems to be translated at <https://www.transifex.com/mate/MATE/>. Maybe 
you want to help out?

You can also get in touch with <https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-fr> 
and call their attention to the status of MATE translation into French.

But further translation efforts will probably not affect 20.04 much. 
Rather you would need to focus on future MATE releases.
