Incomplete French translation of Ubuntu-Mate 20.04

Dear translators:

The French version of Ubuntu Mate 20.04 is incomplete, even after 
selecting French as the top language, and restarting.

Many sub-menus in many applications are still in English, either 
partially or totally.

Do you plan to provide a full-French version of Ubuntu-Mate 20.04 ?
