Not translatable string "Checking for updates" in Update center

Not just that.

There are some other strings I can't find them in Ubuntu translation files.

Like:
"Checking for updates..."  in Software Updater

"Installing updates..." in Software Updater

"Ubuntu One" in System Settings and Dash
http://i.imgur.com/qYnMw.png

"Welcome to Ubuntu 12.10" in ubiquity

"k" that refer to Kilo in Software Updater
