Hi Eagle Burkut,

There is currently no automated way to find out which packages have got
upstream sources outside the Ubuntu project. Most importantly, even for
packages that are developed elsewhere, Ubuntu often adds or modifies a
few strings (e.g. GNOME Control Center [1]).

As we order the most important templates in Launchpad by priority, this
[2] and looking at the first one or two pages of templates for your
language in Launchpad might give you a better idea.

So right now, I would recommend looking at Launchpad even for those
templates translated upstream, to ensure they are complete.

Cheers,
David.
