Which translation packages have upstream sources?

Dear All,

The Precise (12.04) has 1345 translatable templates. How can we know which
templates have upstream sources and which ones have not (belong only to
Ubuntu)? If there is a upstream source for a given template, how can we
find its source template in upstream source project? Thanks.
