UI freeze exception request for 2 Ubuntu One packages

Dear David,

I appreciated you syupport to get me able to have Ubuntu interface in my
mother tongue (Kinyarwanda). However, I am still stack. Maybe because of a
little knowledge of the current launchpad platform or new policy even
though I have followed your instrcuction. Looking at the conditions I work
in, with very slow internet connection in the country, my efforts have been
futule. Maybe I have to wait for others to initiate a workeable team.
