UI freeze exception request for 2 Ubuntu One packages

Hi :)
Ok, so the next step is to take this advice
"Launchpad team. Create a new Launchpad team for your language. The team's name must accord to the following rules:

  * ubuntu-l10n-<ISO 639 language code> - Where <ISO 639
language code> is a two-letter or a three-letter (if the two-letter
one is not available) ISO 639 code. You can search for the code for
your language 'here'. If you don't find your code there, you may want
to look at the more comprehensive ISO 639-3 list"

'here' = http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/langcodes-search.php

where i saw rw_RW but there are other choices.

So, the form on this page needs to be filled in by Emmanuel

https://launchpad.net/people/+newteam

Obviously the team will only have 1 person in it to start with but that is fine and anyway, more
are likely to join later on after things are set-up for them.

Regards from

Tom :)

The request has been filed, but Emmanuel needs to create a team as the
next step:
