I haven't seen any of those e-mails on this list, but let's concentrate 
on getting this sorted.

The document provides a step-by-step guide on how to create an Ubuntu 
translation team, which all existing teams have followed before.

I'd recommend you to follow it, and if you don't understand or get stuck 
in a particular step, simply ask on this list, as we're here to help.
