UI freeze exception request for 2 Ubuntu One packages

Thanks. My target language is Kinyarwanda. The source language is
English. I sent various emails before registering with Ubuntu
translators list. I also posted my request on ubuntu translator
facebook page. Till now, no answer. I read the indicated link. It does
not really help me much.
