New strings in Kubuntu

Hi translators,

Due to the fixes in [1] and [2], there are new translatable templates
available for Kubuntu:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/plasma-widget-message-indicator
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/plasma-widget-menubar

These are Kubuntu-specific, so they should be translated in Launchpad.
