Great - can I leave that side of things to you? Obviously I can't
determine how long a new ubuntu-docs package would take to get
approved into lucid-proposed and then lucid-updates because that would
be up to the ubuntu-sru team, but we can plan the first part.

I may have misunderstood, but that is kind of what I had intended to
do in my previous email!

That's definitely a good idea. From the docteam's point of view it
seems to me that this is a question of improving organisation -
obviously availability can get in the way too but our planning should
be a lot better. I have been thinking about trying to establish a
maintain a running docteam calendar with key dates for items like
this, so I will raise this for a separate discussion or at a meeting.
