Ubuntu-docs updates for Lucid

Sure. I can watch when ubuntu-docs is in lucid-proposed, make sure the
language packs are in there as well at about the same time, and release
both ubuntu-docs and the tested language packs to lucid-updates at the
same time. I do not have direct control on this, as I'm not a member of
the SRU team either, but I can talk to the people working on this.

Ah, sorry. What I meant is that we should probably send a separate
e-mail announcing the updates and the dates we've agreed on. Although
we've discussed this here, this is quite a long thread spanning several
months, and I simply thought a dedicated e-mail would better get the
message across. I can take care of that.

I'd be interested in this discussion and if it is addressed in a
meeting, I'd try to attend. I've also been thinking of running a
translations calendar for a long time, but so far it did not get past of
the idea stage :)
