Reminder: Kubuntu Translations Day tomorrow

Hi David,

I've checked Launchpad templates for karmic an I found some empty  French 
translations though it's translated upstream.

It seems this occurs with some apps which are in KDE Trunk branch.

For example Fench translation of desktop-konversation in Launchpad is empty:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/konversation/+pots/desktop-
konversation/fr/+translate

but it's translated upstream:

http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kde4/fr/messages/extragear-
network/desktop_extragear-network_konversation.po

Another example is kdebluetooth4, there's only one template in Launchpad but 
there's 3 upstream :

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/fr/messages/playground-network/

Should I make a bug report for this?
