Changing coordination team names

Hi all,

As discussed in the ubuntu-translations-coordinators mailing list, I've
applied the following name changes to the
ubuntu-translations-coordinators and launchpad-translations-coordinators
teams:

1) The 'ubuntu-translation-coordinator' team name has been changed to
'ubuntu-translations-coordinators'. Its mailing list address in
Launchpad has been renamed accordingly and its archives have been
migrated to the new list. New team ->
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-translations-coordinators
2) The 'launchpad-translators-leaders' team name has been changed to
'launchpad-translations-coordinators'. Its mailing list address in
Launchpad has been renamed accordingly and its archives have been
migrated to the new list. New team ->
https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-translations-coordinators

The reasons for the change were naming consistence and reflecting the
fact that they are teams of several people.

Before renaming:

Coordination team ML    ubuntu-translations-coordinator at lists.launchpad.net  launchpad-translations-coordinators at lists.launchpad.net

In principle this change does not affect translators and their workflow
in any way, so regard this message as merely informative. Just make sure
that if you want to contact the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators team
for any special requests you use the new e-mail address.
