Considerations about official localized editions of Live CDs

I know the problem, and seems it would be the key point for man power
and facilities, which will caused to more financial pressure on
Canonical.
But do you think Ubuntu is growing with time goes by? The answer is,
no need to doubt, yes. Apart from improving codes and designs, we need
some more changes to make it easier to use all the time during the
progress. And providing a localized Live CD is a big step on this part
of our Ubuntu philosophy:
 Every computer user should be able to use their software in the
language of their choice.
