Translation status for Ubuntu Start Page

Hi!
I did try load the web (http://start.ubuntu.com/9.04/).

I was changing the Language in Preferences to "es" and to "ast".
I was changing the general.useragent.locale to "ast", "ast-ES" and "ES-ast"...

Nothing works :(
I think is an issue between asturian locale and the code of the home web.

Where can I see the code of routing to one language or other? (For debug it)
