Translations of .desktop files?

Both are due to the fact, often mentioned on this list, that dapper is
not yet open for translation through Launchpad. As a result, if I
understand correctly, the translations have not yet been imported into
Rosetta, and hence not into Ubuntu, either. This should all be happening
soon.
