Sorry, this is in the "about ubuntu" template, specifically
C/about-ubuntu.xml:207(para) (string 57 in rosetta).

Okay, what initially got me wondering about this was that you
mentioned > in the initial posting, while I came across a
non-encoded entity for quotes in C/about-ubuntu.xml:93(para). Wasn't
quite sure how you were going to handle translations and/or if the
quotes showing up as " instead of " in rosetta is a bug there.
