DesktopTranslations again

Hi all!
Seems like very few translation-teams have found the
DesktopTranslations page on Ubuntu's wiki.

Now I just added swedish translations for everything,
just in case it helps anything.
Sent a mail to the ubuntu-sv list to hopefully get someone to
review them.

But the existance of this page is a bit wierd!
Why is it not handled from Rosetta?
And why aren't the translations in the upstream packages?
Some of them, like GIMP and Evolution must surely have more translations
than that!
And how come some of those packages actually was translated to swedish
in breezy even though they were not translated on this page?
