Kyrgyz language

Arstan,

Hello i'm herman and quite new here too and not sure about why i received 
your email to ubuntu. So i would like to help, but i don't speak kyrkyz or 
russian (nada :)

For your information my native language is dutch, my second is english good 
in writing and speaking, and third is portugese which i learned speaking in 
the streets of luanda so my writing might be a bit to phonetical. But i'm 
not yet involved into activities for ubuntu.

I can though give you a nice hint: If you happen to have a program already 
translated in both languages, like maybe for example windows, you might want 
to use that as a reference (either positive or negative :)
