Kyrgyz language

Hi all,
I am a newbie in localizing Linux OS. So I need a favour from you to show me
the way along. I will translating Ubuntu Linux to Kyrgyz (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyrgyzstan ) language.

The letters in Kyrgyz language are almost similar with Russian but with
additional 3 letters.
