I don't think we have any Bulgarian translators yet.

I can only really give you the same advice that I give other
translators:

 - Visit the wiki page at
   https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/TranslationTeam

 - Choose something in Ubuntu that needs work, and go for it.

 - Try and work with existing translators, both within and outside
   Ubuntu, where possible.

 - When you have an updated translation, file a bug with the PO file
   attached.
