But Linux users can not go to the next supermarket and buy the
promotional offer scanner-printer-thingy, if they want to use it with
Linux. A lot of such promotional offer consumer hardware only works
with Windows and perhaps Apple. In the context I was thinking of
maintaining the complete system.
