Hi,
Today I update my system following to the notice of update
manager. After updating, the window decoration changed. Before, the
title bar is dark gray. But now it's light blue.
The change is not only the title bar, but also gdm screen. The
background is plymouth splash screen. In my system, the splash screen is
the same as Laurent mentioned,

I guess these changes are due to,
libdecoration0 "1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15" to "1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15.1"
gdm "2.30.2-0ubuntu1" to "2.30.2.is.2.30.0-0ubuntu1"
The gdm screen is back when I reinstalled "ubuntustudio-gdm-theme" but I
have no idea for title bar.
There are some changes for its specification according to updating
libdecoration?
