This is due to compiz because compiz was also updated and the color of
title bar in window is returned if I turn off the "Desktop Effects".

Related packages?
libdecoration0	"1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15" to "1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15.1"
gdm	"2.30.2-0ubuntu1" to "2.30.2.is.2.30.0-0ubuntu1"
compiz	"0.8.4-0ubuntu15" to "0.8.4-0ubuntu15.1"

Now I restart the systam and the color of title bar is returned.

Thanks.
