Red5 v0.7.0 Final Listens only on tcp6 on Ubuntu Studio

Hi I installed the Red5 v0.7.0 Final with the hotfixes on Ubuntu
Studio. I used the .deb package for Ubuntu. When red5 starts it only
listens on the tcp6 socket and not the tcp socket and hence i am not
able to connect to the Server at port 5080. How do I make it Listen on
tcp 5080?
