Red5 v0.7.0 Final Listens only on tcp6 on Ubuntu Studio

I think you may find more knowledgeable people on the red5 mailing list
http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/red5_osflash.org since it's not an
application from the Ubuntu repos.
