How to prevent Rosegarden to split up notes during recording

Hi,

Since I was unable to run Muse I was forced to use Rosegarden. I've 
always had this problem with Rosegarden that when I've recorded some 
midi from my external Midi keyboard the notes are quite often split to 
two or more notes. For example if I play a note that should last for 
three bars it's propably split up to three separate notes by Rosegarden. 
The split most commonly occurs on the bar lines.

Is there any way to prevent Rosegarden splitting the notes?
