I think we removed shotwell on purpose a cycle or two ago. It may have
been a (temporary) bug at the time, I don't remember now. Maybe our dev
wiki should have an annotated list of packages added/removed and the
reason. BZR commit comments should tell as well.
That's my recollection as well.
