If anyone wants to be a part of PR and Support, we have team for that in
launchpad. Being a member of that team grants you access to create and
change pages on our website.
Additionally, someone needs to set up rights for the facebook and google
plus pages, as well as send login information to the twitter account,
which is just an account.

Other than that, there's really nothing to set up. What we have so far
is this
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuStudio/PublicRelationsDocumentation.

Other things to do on the website, not related to PR and Support:
 * theming, which belongs to artwork
 * documentation, which belongs to documentation
 * renewing download and install details - more on the side for
 developers.

There are three launchpad teams with access to our website:
~ubuntustudio - the user team, which allows you to comment and subscribe
~ubuntustudio-public-relations - gives you full control of pages and
other materials
~ubuntustudio-website - you can adjust system settings

The theme needs to be uploaded by sysadmins, so any changes to it needs
to be done through them.

As I said. I will help with documentation, and set that up in the wiki.
holstein knows better than me how to do meetings in IRC, so he's more
than qualified for that, and if someone else wants to participate in
that, I suggest those of you start a new thread here, or get together on
IRC to set things up.
You can decide the meeting times, and all that. I'll gladly create the
pages for you in the wiki, where you can document the whole thing.

I don't think you need to draw a line there. You just do the things that
interest you. Whether you are doing PR or Support, you will need the
same kind of access to the website and social channels. That is the
logic behind combining the two.
We already have a ridiculous amount of teams, with very few
participants, so I feel it would be a bad idea to create new ones at
this point.
