Quantal 12.10 Ubuntustudio Final testing.

There is as I type one more respin for ubuntu studio. It will need to be
tested. It is not a major change. but it should see the right hand part of
the menubar stay at the right hand side instead of moving to the left.
This should be the final respin before release. At least so far as
anything we might come up with.

There are 4 tests:
Live: the fix should show there.
Install: There _should_ be no change here.
Post install: The fix should show here.
update: This will already fail because the photography and publishing
metas will not be included so the upgrade will not equal the live ISO or a
fresh install. The upgrade did not seem to have the rightside menubar
problem as I recall and if it does I don't know this fix would fix it
except on a new user. (or if the user's panel config file is deleted)
